The comments were right! BEST negroni in Singapore! Thanks bartender Ben.All the staff were awesome, great to have a chat with and get some local travel tips . As a solo traveller it was great to hang out there for the night.
I really enjoyed this place. This bar is perfect if you’re looking for a place to enjoy a drink and a good meal. It operates by appointment only, so there’s never a noisy crowd just a relaxed, private atmosphere. The drinks are well crafted, with a good selection of classic and unique cocktails. The food menu is small but carefully curated, Service is excellent attentive and intrusive
A real gem and I know the reason for 4.9 stars. V cosy lovely place hidden on 2nd floor. Bar seats are limited so call to book in advance. They have two tables too. Ben and Jerald made great cocktails , took the challenge when I asked so specifically for certain ingredients. They care to know our names, and music was nice and not too loud so makes for great conversations. A great date place. We love the Parma ham melon and the truffle pasta. My gf already made booking for a return trip. I will return soon!love my specially made cocktails
This bar is rated highly for a reason. I can easily say these were the best custom cocktails I’ve ever had. Trust the bartenders - they are very talented.
Had the omakase meal by Chef Gary Wu! Every dish was executed so well and we absolutely loved it. The plating was on point, the flavours were just nice on the palate and the tiramisu dessert… On the cocktail, Anthony knows just the right drink to bring to you that suits your preference. Can’t wait to visit again :)
Very cosy and intimate place for great food and drinks. Sitting at the bar counter was a treat as we got to see the bartenders work their magic and it was nice to witness their rapport with the regulars. Will be back :)
The real secret of Shin Gi Tai isn’t just in their cocktails but also in their mocktails. As someone who doesn’t drink, this place is an absolute favourite for their tea and fresh fruit based mocktails which are always customized to my tastes.Ben, Jerel and Anthony are always the picture of hospitality, making this a regular stop for me for dinner and drinks. Most bars are transactional, Shin Gi Tai is the polar opposite, with warm hospitality, good food and creativity beyond par with the artistry that makes the experience one of a kind.
Thank you Ben for the amazing cocktails (sambal cocktail was so memorable!) and the excellent hospitality! Really enjoyed my Saturday night here
